"My sensitive skin is actually happy"
I have super sensitive skin, and usually new products make me red, itchy, or both. I tried a few Beauty Pie things expecting the usual drama, but so far I’ve had zero bad reactions. My skin feels calm and really soft, which surprised me. I blame whoever runs this because now I’m tempted to try even more.

"Good value if you order enough, I think?"
I’ve found beautypie can be good value, especially if you’re ordering a few things at the same time. Some of the products feel really nice for the price, particularly the skincare, and it’s nice being able to try things without paying those crazy in-store prices, you know? That said, once you add in the membership and delivery, it doesn’t always feel quite as cheap as it first seems. A couple of items I tried were just okay for me — not bad, but not amazing either. I’d probably order again, but only when I actually need enough stuff to make it feel worth it, if that makes sense?

I wasn’t totally sure about paying for a membership at first, but it’s been worth it. Once you’re in, the prices are way better, and I’ve already found a few skincare and makeup products I keep going back for. It’s nice not feeling like I’m getting hit with crazy markups every time I need something. Delivery’s been totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy I signed up.

"Stayed on way better than I expected"
I tried the foundation and the mascara, and both held up all day. I kept checking my face randomly, especially the foundation, and it didn’t go patchy or weird. The mascara was good too, like it barely smudged, which is usually a problem for me. Also just really liked how everything looked overall. Super happy with it.

Okay, not to be dramatic, but why is it so hard to find something that actually feels nice on your skin? This one does. It goes on smoothly, doesn’t feel gross or sticky, and my skin just feels comfortable after using it. that alone is enough for me.

The person I spoke to was friendly and sorted everything out without making it feel like a hassle. "Reliable deliveries every time"
I’ve ordered from Beauty Pie a few times now and it’s been really straightforward. The parcels show up when they’re supposed to, everything’s packed properly, and I’ve never had to chase anything. Their updates are basically like, “your order’s on the way” and then it just turns up, which is all I want.

"Return was easy and the refund came fast"
I had to send back a couple of Beauty Pie items because one of the shades just didn’t work for me, which is always a bit annoying, but anyway I was expecting the return to be more of a pain than it was.
I filled in the return details, posted everything back, and I kept getting updates without needing to chase anyone. Also, I had one small question and customer service got back to me really quickly, so that was a nice surprise.

The refund came through faster than I thought it would too. Overall it was handled really smoothly, and it makes me feel much more comfortable ordering again, even if I’m not totally sure about a shade next time

The whole experience was kind of frustrating. The pages took forever to load, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. On top of that, the reminders felt really aggressive, like they kept pushing me to finish before I was ready. Not a great experience overall.

"Really impressed for the price"
I was in a relaxed, treat-myself kind of mood when I tried these, i was surprised by how good they smelled. They don’t have that cheap, sharp scent that some perfumes do, and they actually lasted well on me. I even got a few compliments, which was a nice bonus. For the price, I’m really happy with them and would definitely buy again.

I’ve picked up a few skincare products from Beauty Pie now, and the main thing I notice is how solid the ingredient lists are. I’m seeing a lot of the same kind of ingredients I’ve found in much more expensive creams, but the products don’t have that heavy, filler-like feel on my skin. "I really like that Beauty Pie…"
I really like that Beauty Pie shows both the member price and the regular price, so it’s easier to see what I’m actually saving. You still have to do a little mental math on some items once you factor in the membership cost, but overall the pricing feels way more upfront than a lot of beauty sites. Solid 4 stars from me!
